Mr. Beck is a member of the private equity practice group in the
Richmond office. His practice focuses on representing public and
private companies in connection with middle-market mergers and
acquisitions, joint ventures and various corporate finance
activities, with a particular emphasis on private equity. Mr. Beck

Mr. Ducharme is a member of the private equity practice group in
the Richmond office. His practice focuses on advising private
equity funds and public and private companies in areas of mergers
and acquisitions, private placements, corporate and securities
laws, and general corporate matters. Mr. Ducharme received his

Ms. Duncan is a member of the resources, regulatory and
environmental team in the Washington office. She advises clients
on environmental permitting and compliance matters, with an
emphasis on the Clean Water Act, the National Environmental Policy
Act, the Endangered Species Act, and other environmental statutes
that impact the use of land. Prior to entering private practice,
Ms. Duncan served as Assistant General Counsel of the Army at the
Pentagon, advising the Secretary of the Army on environmental and
real estate matters involving the Army Corps of Engineers Civil
Works Program and the Army's cleanup and transfer of Base
Realignment and Closure property. Ms. Duncan graduated cum laude

Mr. Elmore is a member of the business practice group in the
Richmond office. His practice focuses on public and private
securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and general

Ms. Jones is a member of the tax and ERISA practice in the
Richmond office. Her practice focuses on federal income tax law
with an emphasis on energy tax credits. She has represented
numerous clients in transactions involving section 29 tax credits
for the production of nonconventional fuels and section 45 tax
credits for the production of electricity from renewable
resources, including the purchase and sale of facilities, and the
structuring of commercial arrangements for the relocation and

Ms. Magee is a member of the capital finance and real estate team

Mr. Marcuis is a member of the labor and employment team in the
Dallas office. His practice focuses on advice and representation

employee and labor relations consulting. Mr. Marcuis graduated

Ms. Mathews is a member of the litigation, intellectual property
and antitrust team in the Miami office. Her practice focuses on
complex commercial and business litigation and corporate
compliance. Ms. Mathews has litigated matters concerning contract
disputes, deceptive business practices, trademark disputes,
franchise and distributor relationships, securities fraud and
antitrust, and price discrimination suits. She has also been
involved in creating and implementing numerous corporate
compliance programs for multinational companies. She has conducted
various internal corporate investigations focusing on money
laundering and violation of the federal RICO statute. She

Mr. Smith is a member of the litigation, intellectual property and

litigation practice focuses on domestic and international

Japan on corporate and insolvency-related litigation matters. He

Ms. Blunsdon is an energy lawyer in the London office with a
proven track record advising multinational energy and utility
companies, investment banks, commodities trading houses, hedge
funds and governments. She has particular experience in the
regulation, operation and optimization of energy assets in the
gas, power and nuclear sectors and has acted as adviser to several
projects involving the design, implementation and operation of
regulatory regimes in the European Union and Eastern Europe. Ms.
Blunsdon holds an MA from Corpus Christi College, Cambridge where
she read law, and took her Law Society Final examination at York
