The awards, which are based on customer feedback, were presented today at the Competitive Telecommunications Association's (COMPTEL's) Fall 2006 Convention & Expo in Orlando. AT&T received more 2006 Global Wholesale Carrier Excellence awards than any other carrier.

The awards are based on the weighted results of the 2006 edition of ATLANTIC-ACM's Global Wholesale Report Card.
