Societe Generale buys remaining 50 pct of Italy's LocatRent from UniCredit

PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Societe Generale said its ALD Automotive car leasing unit has bought the remaining 50 pct of Italian car leaser LocatRent from its joint venture partner, the Locat unit of UniCredit Group.

Financial details were not disclosed.
