His presentation identifies the key drivers for optimization, describes the key levers and looks at options for executing an optimization initiative. Additionally, the presentation walks through real results from a healthcare payer client; their key drivers, the overall approach, what was implemented and the relationship as it stands today.
Ed Meehan, Director of Marketing, Keane Healthcare Solutions, will present a case study "CPOE: Making it a Reality" with Dr. Mark Walker of Oaklawn Hospital on Monday, November 13th at 10:50 a.m. The case study will illustrate how Oaklawn worked with Keane to create a CPOE product that met the needs of the hospital. Dr. Walker will address the status of the CPOE implementation and what else is planned as part of the initiative, including eMAR and an Electronic Health Record.
