FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - The semi-privatization of Leipzig city's utility company Stadtwerke Leipzig GmbH has entered its final phase with Veolia, Electrabel and Energie Baden-Wuerttemberg (EnBW) making it onto the short list, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung's Saturday edition said, citing sources.
It said bids submitted have ranged between 350 and 400 mln eur.
