
The net loss for the quarter ended June 30 was C$14.1 million, or 38 Canadian cents a share, compared with a year-ago loss of C$2.5 million, or 7 Canadian cents a share.
Quarterly sales fell to C$5.7 million, down from C$15 million, a year earlier.
As of June 30, the company had C$21 million in cash and short term investments, down from total cash and short term investments of C$26 million at Dec 31, 2008.
