BRIEF-Nokia Siemens to outsource some IT operations

HELSINKI, Oct 20 (Reuters) - Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN):

* Nokia Siemens Networks to transfer provisioning of IT application management

to suppliers

* Nokia Siemens Networks to transfer provisioning of IT application manag ement to Accenture, Tieto and Wipro

* NSN - transition of these services, involving the planned trans fer of just

over 170 employees, is expected to be finalized on February 1, 2010

* Nokia Siemens Networks employees planned to transfer include around 70 based in Finland, around 35 in Germany and just over 60 in other countr ies. Around 40 employees will transfer to Accenture, around 75 to Tie to and just over 50 to Wipro
