HONG KONG, Jan 22 (Reuters) - By 0311 GMT, the benchmark Hang
Seng Index was down 2.48 percent at 20,342.89.
The China Enterprises Index of top locally listed mainland Chinese stocks had fallen 2.49 percent to 11,663.06.
Here are some of the stocks on the move:
* CNPC (Hong Kong) fell 9.98 percent to its lowest level in more than three weeks after the company said it would cooperate with the Wuhai government to invest in a project to reduce coke oven gas emissions in the city in Inner Mongolia, with investment totalling 4.1 billion yuan ($600.6 million).
By 0311 GMT, the stock was trading at HK$10.10.
* Resource-related stocks tumbled in heavy trade after oil and metals prices slumped for a second straight day on Thursday, dragged down by weak investor sentiment following U.S. President Barack Obama's plan to reduce risky trading at banks. .
By 0218 GMT, oil producer PetroChina had fallen 1.42 percent to HK$9.05, peer CNOOC had shed 2.7 percent to HK$11.52 and Sinopec had lost 1.71 percent to HK$6.31.
U.S. crude futures hit a four-week low on Friday after U.S. government data showed a large build in gasoline inventories and a sharp drop in U.S. refining activity amid signs of slowing oil demand..
Aluminum Corp of China Ltd (Chalco) was down 3.64 percent at HK$8.73 after aluminium prices fell.
