
'There was a broad consensus on the need to entrench fiscal and financial stability and to pave the way for sustainable recovery,' the IMF's first deputy managing director, John Lipsky, said in a statement after talks led by Ukraine Deputy Prime Minister Sergey Tigipko.
He said outstanding issues, including fiscal consolidation and financial sector and other reforms, still needed to be clarified.
