Kronstadt will hear arguments to determine whether or not Anthony Thomas' action to claim ownership of the Bahia Emerald should be dismissed. The bench trial and opening statements that were to have begun on Monday have now been postponed. The Court has not yet announced a new date for the trial and opening statements.
