BRIEF-Telecom Italia finds accord on lay-offs-union source

ROME, Aug 4 (Reuters) - Telecom Italia has found an agreement with the trade unions over the work force lay-offs the group planned to make as part of its three-year business plan, a trade union source said on Wednesday.

'The text (of the agreement) is being fine-tuned and will be signed shortly,' the source said.
