* Names Kevin Zhu, a director, as interim CEO
Dec 6 (Reuters) - Crowflight Minerals Inc said its chief executive Mark Trevisiol resigned, and the Canadian junior nickel miner named a director as its interim CEO.
The company said Trevisiol's resignation is effective immediately, and it named Kevin Zhu as the interim CEO.
In November, Crowflight had said it would issue convertible debentures worth C$10 million to its largest shareholder, King Place Enterprises Ltd, and had proposed to appoint three new members, from King Place, to its board, following certain resignations.
In October, the company had said it would temporarily suspend work at Bucko Lake mine in Manitoba to restructure operations, and there would be no production in the fourth quarter.
Toronto, Ontario-based Crowflight Minerals' shares, which have lost 22 percent since the company reported a wider third-quarter loss in November, closed at 7 Canadian cents on Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
