* Provides legal update

* Has reached settlement agreement with dumas contracting to satisfy any and

all claims by Dumas against co

* Dumas will carry all necessary procedures to discharge the liens and pending

legal actions against co

* Will also explore opportunities to work with dumas as it examines how to put

its mine back into production
