* Dumas to discharge liens and pending legal actions against Crowflight
* Shares up 9 pct at C$0.060
March 17 (Reuters) - Shares of Canadian junior miner Crowflight Minerals Inc rose 9 percent on Thursday, a day after it settled a lawsuit with its former mining contractor Dumas Contracting Ltd.
In January, Dumas filed a C$7.1 million claim against Crowflight and also placed a lien on the Crowflight's Bucko mine.
Crowflight said it will also work with Dumas on how to put the Bucko mine back into production.
The company's shares, which have lost nearly 15 percent in value since Dumas filed the suit in January, were trading at C$0.060 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
