MacDermid Group, Inc. (the "Company"), which is expected to be the parent company of MacDermid Incorporated, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will be bookrunning managers of the offering. Co-Managers on the offering will be Stifel Nicolaus & Co., Inc., Oppenheimer & Co., Inc., and RBC Capital Markets, LLC.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay a portion of its outstanding debt and for general corporate purposes.
