Minneapolis, MN 55437, United States of America, in NESCHEN AG, Hans-Neschen-
Str. 1, 31675 Bückeburg, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of the
voting rights in NESCHEN AG and on that day amounted to 9.70% of the voting
rights in NESCHEN AG, corresponding to 1,272,888 of a total number of
13,125,000 voting rights in NESCHEN AG.

55437, United States of America ("United States"), in NESCHEN AG, Hans-Neschen-
Str. 1, 31675 Bückeburg, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of the
voting rights in NESCHEN AG and on that day amounted to 5.71% of the voting
rights in NESCHEN AG, corresponding to 500,000 of a total number of 8,750,000
voting rights in NESCHEN AG.
All of these voting rights were attributed to Värde Partners, Inc. pursuant to
section 22 sub-sec. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
through Värde Partners, L.P., Minneapolis, United States, which is controlled
by Värde Partners, Inc.
3. VÄRDE PARTNERS, L.P, Minneapolis, USA hat uns mit Schreiben vom 11. Oktober
2011 (Eingang bei der Gesellschaft am 17. Oktober 2011) gemäss § 21 Abs. 1

Minneapolis, MN 55437, United States of America ("United States"), in NESCHEN
AG, Hans-Neschen-Str. 1, 31675 Bückeburg, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of
3%, 5% and 10% of the voting rights in NESCHEN AG, and on that day amounted to
11.41% of the voting rights in NESCHEN AG, corresponding to 1,497,871 of a
total number of 13,125,000 voting rights in NESCHEN AG.
All of these voting rights were attributed to Värde Investment Partners G.P.,
LLC pursuant to section 22 sub-sec. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act, 1,272,888 voting rights thereof through Värde Investment Partners,
L.P., Minneapolis, United States, which is controlled by Värde Investment
Partners G.P., LLC.

2011 (Eingang bei der Gesellschaft am 17. Oktober 2011) gemäss § 21 Abs. 1
WpHG folgendes mitgeteilt:

We hereby notify you that on 15 June 2007 the holding in voting rights of Värde

55437, United States of America ("United States"), in NESCHEN AG, Hans-Neschen-
Str. 1, 31675 Bückeburg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 10% of the voting
rights in NESCHEN AG, and on that day amounted to 14.96% of the voting rights
in NESCHEN AG, corresponding to 1,962,875 of a total number 13,125,000 voting
rights in NESCHEN AG.
All of these voting rights were attributed to Värde Partners, L.P. pursuant to
section 22 sub-sec. 1 sentence 1 no.1 of the German Securites Trading Act. In
this context, more than 3% of the voting rights in Neschen AG were attributed
to Värde Partners, L.P. through the following companies controlled by Värde
Partners, L.P.:
- Värde Investment Partners G.P., LLC, Minneapolis, United States;
- Värde Investment Partners L.P., Minneapolis, United States.

All of these voting rights were attributed to Värde Partners, Inc. pursuant to
section 22 sub-sec. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act. In
this context, more than 3% of the voting rights in Neschen AG were attributed
to Värde Partners, Inc. through the following companies controlled by Värde
Partners, Inc.:

- Värde Investment Partners, L.P., Minneapolis, United States.
