Apetit Plc: The rescinding of cross-shareholding between Apetit Kala Oy and Taimen Oy completed

Apetit Plc, Stock Exchange Release, 6 May 2015 at 4:15 p.m. Finalizing the transaction announced on 9 April 2015, Apetit Plc, Apetit Kala Oy and the principal owners of Taimen Oy have today completed the rescinding of the cross-shareholding between Apetit Kala Oy and Taimen Oy. The deal is carried out in the form of a change in holdings, without any cash compensation. Under the agreement, Taimen's 30 per cent holding in Apetit Kala is terminated and Apetit Kala's 30 per cent holding in Taimen is reduced to 23.7 per cent.

On 29 April 2015, Apetit issued a stock exchange release on Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) approval of the transaction. Completing the transaction will result in an income of EUR 0.7 million recognised in the second quarter.
