Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces, the Austin, TX- based manufacturer and distributor of engineered surfaces, today announced an agreement to acquire Bushboard, the U.K.-based manufacturer and distributor of worktops and wall systems.

The Bushboard business will report into Tim Pearson, Wilsonart President, Western Europe.
