Directorate Changes

WILink plc (WILink or "The Company") Directorate Change WILink announces that Dr Nigel Burton, Chief Financial Officer, will step down from the Board of the Company with effect from 31st December 2004. Nigel has decided to pursue opportunities in the energy sector - an industry in which he had extensive experience prior to joining WILink in November 2000. Nigel will be succeeded as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 January 2005 by Philip Cole A.C.A., who joined WILink in June 2001 as European Chief Financial Officer and who was promoted to Group Financial Controller in January 2004. Prior to joining WILink, Philip held a number of senior finance positions in marketing and business services companies, including Finance Director of madaboutwine.com, a subsidiary of netdecisions Ltd. and Finance Director of Momentum Integrated Communications, a subsidiary of Abbott Mead Vickers plc. Philip is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with Pannell Kerr Forster in February 1991. In accordance with paragraph (f) of Schedule Two of the AIM rules, the following information in relation to Philip Cole, as a new appointee to the Board of the Company, is disclosed below: * Philip Neal Cole, Age 40 * Director of A & N WILink AB - no other directorships in previous five years Other than as detailed above there is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (f) of Schedule Two of the AIM rules. The Board has decided to account for the entire £225,000 cost of Nigel Burton's payment in lieu of notice as a one time charge to the 2004 Profit and Loss Account. As a brief update for shareholders I am pleased to report that the integration of the recent acquisition, Communicast Inc., is progressing as expected and the overall trading performance for the Group remains satisfactory despite the continuing weakness of the dollar."
