In this role, Ms. Rossi will be responsible for overall strategy development and management of CUNO's worldwide Treasury function. This includes corporate finance (cash, debt, banking, currency exposure management), insurance and pension investments. As Treasurer, Ms. Rossi will also continue her global responsibility for managing CUNO's worldwide Tax function -- including compliance, planning and strategy. Ms. Rossi will report to Fred Flynn, Senior Vice President and CFO.
Ms. Rossi was appointed Assistant Treasurer of CUNO in July 2003. Prior to joining CUNO in 2001, she was Vice President - Taxes at Claire's Stores, Inc. and has held tax management positions with Ryder Systems, Inc. and Ernst & Young LLP. Ms. Rossi is a CPA and has both a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Taxation from the University of Florida.
