Saba CEO Bobby Yazdani to Provide Thought Leadership at Human Capital 2005 Tokyo

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., July 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Saba , a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, today announced that its chairman and CEO, Bobby Yazdani, will provide a presentation on global talent development at Human Capital 2005, to be held at the Tokyo International Forum in Tokyo, Japan July 27 - 29, 2005. Yazdani's presentation will give attendees insight into the need for aligning enterprises with effective HCM strategies to maximize organizational performance.

"Aligned Enterprise" will be presented by Yazdani on Wednesday, July 27 at 11:30 a.m. The presentation will outline five global trends impacting effective management of human capital and review best practices for implementing integrated HCM systems to align organizational goals, develop and motivate people, and measure results.
