Succeeding Mr. Mathys will be James Ray. Mr. Ray has over forty years of business experience and was originally trained as an Accountant. In the past five years, Mr. Ray has served as a consultant to various small business entities. In the past he has successfully operated companies specializing in extracting natural resources and manufacturing of equipment used in the high tech industries.
Mr. Ray has served as a consultant to Nano Chemical and is familiar with the challenges that the company faces, including the development and deployment of the Nano technology. He is quoted as saying that the company will continue to pursue uses for Nano technology in its present products and to find new uses for TIO2 as a UV blocking agent. To pursue these products, the company has employed Dr. David Tomanek, a pioneer in the uses of nanotechnology, as a member of the Board of Directors and Dr. Perumal Sekar as Chief Technical Officer. Professor Tomanek is a world renowned scientist and has written many scholarly papers. Dr. Sekar is joining the company as a result of the company sponsoring him for a work visa. Dr. Sekar has worked as a researcher in the nano field for four years.
