
ST. GEORGE, Utah, June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- SkyWest Airlines, a subsidiary of SkyWest, Inc. is pleased to announce Amber Hunter as director of human resources and recruitment. Based at the Airlines' headquarters in St. George, Utah, Hunter will oversee four managers and their employees. She will provide leadership for the airline's management team; oversee all recruitment, Workers Compensation, employee and family assistance programs, employee relations and HR functions; as well as assist in developing and refining company policy.

Hunter joins SkyWest with seven years of communication, HR and marketing experience. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor degree in both Communications and Psychology. Hunter has served on the BYU MBA Executive Council as vice president of communications. She was elected outstanding graduate student of the year by the Marriott Business School and served as a volunteer student mentor for the Provo School District. Hunter was also publicity lead for the Kevin and Debra Rollins eBusiness Center.
Hunter resides in St. George, Utah.
