
Dr. Karl Walter Braun of Swiss nationality, has purchased 12,030,000 shares (7.58%) in ISDN Holdings Ltd. ("ISDN") from Dr. Hans Rudolf Stutz, who ceases to be a substantial shareholder.
Dr. Karl Walter Braun is the sole owner of Interelectric AG (Switzerland), which is the holding company of Maxon Motor AG.
Interelectric AG is already a shareholder of ISDN with direct interest of 3,970,000 shares or 2.5% of the total share capital of ISDN. After the share purchase, Dr. Braun will be a substantial shareholder of ISDN with the direct interest of 12,030,000 shares (7.58%) in the Company; and his overall deemed interest is 16,000,000 shares (10.08%).
