
A distinguished new panelist has been added to the interactive workshop, "Looking at Spine Innovation From Two Perspectives: A Discussion From Entrepreneurs' and Investors' Points of View," which will take place at the third annual In Spine and Orthopedics conference, presented by Medtech Insight, a division of Windhover Information.
David G. Mohler, MD, Assistant Clinical Professor, Division of Orthopedic Surgery at Stanford University Medical Center, will join four other industry experts in discussing business-critical topics such as the challenges facing small companies and strategies for raising cash, among others.

Dr. Mohler is an accomplished orthopedic surgeon specializing in musculo-skeletal tumors and complex trauma. Since completing his orthopedic surgical oncology fellowship at Memorial/Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in 1989, he has been involved in academic, clinical, and research activities. Dr. Mohler is currently Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor, Division of Orthopedic Surgery, at Stanford University Medical Center. An internationally recognized authority in orthopedic oncology, ballistic injury, and medical operations in unconventional warfare, Dr. Mohler has led international projects for medical charities, as well as for the U.S. and foreign militaries. He has authored numerous scientific articles in his areas of expertise, and is a frequent lecturer at medical and military conferences around the world.
