FAIRFIELD, Conn. (AP) - General Electric Co. said Thursday it appointed Patricia Hutton-Glassford as vice president and chief financial officer of its GE Industrial unit, among other personnel moves.
Hutton-Glassford, 43, previously had been executive vice president and CFO of NBC Universal Film and Parks.
GE also named Brian Palmer, 48, vice president of optimization and control-energy for GE Infrastructure. He previously led several energy acquisitions.
Frank M. Schulkes, 45, is vice president and CFO GE Healthcare-International. He previously held a number of finance roles in GE Plastics.
GE shares closed flat at 35.55 on the New York Stock Exchange.
