
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Amtel-Vredestein NV plans to appoint four new members onto its board, pending shareholder approval at its EGM on Oct 2.
The appointments sees the return of Robert Oudshoorn, chief executive of Vredestein Banden NV, Kornelis (Kees) Hettema, managing director of Vredestein Consulting, Ilya Ivanov, deputy general director of sales and operations at Amtel-Vredestein and Marc Luyten, director of corporate marketing & sales at Vredestein Banden.
Separately, the company said it named Hubert Hoedl, vice-president marketing & new business development - Europe at Magna International Inc as a director on its supervisory board.
