SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Ionatron Inc. on Tuesday named President and Chief Executive Dana Marshall to the additional post of chairman.
David Hurley, who has served as Ionatron's chairman since March 2006, will assume the role of lead independent director, the Tucson, Ariz.-based company said.
Ionatron makes defense and security-related products.
