Mr. Egan will be based in Los Angeles and responsible for overall management of XTS Global's Venture Capital Services, a division focused on marketing solutions for VC investments.
Mr. Egan has over twenty-five years of comprehensive, hands-on operating and strategic positioning experience across broad industry lines, including business planning, preparing and implementing operations/management, financial and business services, e-commerce, manufacturing, industrial sales, health care, oil and gas, and construction. He has experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Boards of Directors, Wall Street, banks, shareholders, and investors. Mr. Egan is a veteran of over 100 mergers and acquisitions transactions. He has a proven record of developing businesses from start-up to $300 million dollar companies and guiding dozens of other companies through difficult and transitional times. Mr. Egan has experience in the U.S., Middle East, Europe, and Latin America.
