SAS to reorganise into 4 separate companies to meet EU demands

STOCKHOLM (Thomson Financial) - SAS AB will reorganise itself into four separate companies, each with its own flying rights, to meet EU demands, newspaper Jyllandsposten reported.

SAS' flying rights were previously attached to the Swedish part of the group, but new EU demands make it impossible to continue with this set-up.
