WASHINGTON (AP) - The Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a voluntary recall for about 1,800 infant and toddler overalls made by Sara Lynn Togs of Atlanta.
The CPSC said the buttons on the shoulder straps can detach and pose a choking hazard to young children.
The recall involves gingham and flannel overalls with short pant legs with a collegiate applique or embroidery on the front. Sizes included in the recall are 6/9 month, 12 month, 18 month, 2T, 3T, and 4T.
The overalls were sold at college bookstores, children's boutiques and gift shops nationwide from March 2007 through February of this year.
Consumers are asked to return the products to Sara Lynn Togs for a full refund. For additional information, contact Sara Lynn Togs at (800) 426-9377, or visit http://www.saralynntogs.com.
