HELSINKI (Thomson Financial) - Outokumpu Oyj said it has agreed to acquire Avesta Klippcenter AB, a Swedish processor of stainless steel, for an undisclosed sum.
Avesta has yearly sales of about 4.5 million euros.
Outokumpu said the purchase, from the Lind family, will boost its raw material handling capacity.
