MOUNTAIN SUPER ANGEL AG acquires 100% of POLIXEA Deutschland GmbH 
 
St. Gallen, July 14, 2008 - Mountain Super Angel AG (Open Market Frankfurt, 
ISIN: CH0033050961, www.super-angel.ch) is the first and currently only 
listed 'Business-Angel-Share'. The company now acquired 100% of POLIXEA 
Deutschland GmbH, an independent online information service for politics. 
Thus the portfolio of Mountain Super Angel AG is extended with another 
online service provider. 
 
'POLIXEA is offering comprehensive political background information over 
various websites - independent from the German spectrum of parties and 
media companies', explains Jörg Arntz, Executive Director of Mountain Super 
Angel AG, regarding the business model of the new portfolio company. 
Amongst others POLIXEA operates the web portals polixea-portal.de and 
polixea-kommunal.de delivering background information on a comprehensive 
number of political topics. In addition, POLIXEA offers a search engine 
focusing of politics, which is browsing more than 35,000 political 
websites. Cooperations are already established with leading media 
companies, e.g. Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen (ZDF). 
 
Mountain Super Angel has big plans for POLIXEA following the acquisition. 
'We are preparing a merger with Trupoli AG. 'The combination of the two 
companies will offer extensive possibilities for all politically interested 
citizens. Everyone will be able to get relevant information to all areas of 
interest, share and discuss those with other politically interested 
individuals and give direct feedback to actual topics on the political
