Puget Sound Bank (OTCBB:PUGB) today announced the promotion of Steve Vincent and Katherine Thompson from vice president, relationship manager, to senior vice president, relationship manager. The bank also elevated David Stegmeier from assistant vice president, assistant relationship manager, to vice president, relationship manager, and Jana Westphal from assistant vice president, operations, to vice president, assistant operations manager.

Executives promoted to senior vice president, relationship manager:
- Katherine Thompson will continue to provide the quality customer service she is known for in her new role as senior vice president, relationship manager. Throughout her 20-year tenure in the banking industry, Thompson has worked closely with business owners to help them reach their business goals. Thompson received her MBA from Seattle University, and BA from the University of Montana and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
- Steve Vincent, an honor roll graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate financing and business banking. He will continue to provide support for middle market companies in his new role as senior vice president, relationship manager. Steve received his MBA from Seattle University and his BA from Western Washington University. Vincent, a Northwest native, is active in the community and currently serves on the board of the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club.
Promoted to vice president, relationship manager:
- David Stegmeier has more than 10 years of banking and commercial finance experience. Stegmeier has excelled in credit analysis and customer relations throughout his career and will continue adding to his customer relationship management experience as vice president. Stegmeier, a graduate of Utah Valley State College, moved to Seattle in 2000.
Promoted to vice president, assistant operations manager:
- A member of the Puget Sound Bank team since its 2005 inception, Jana Westphal has more than 23 years of banking experience in a variety of managerial positions in operations with banks including Wells Fargo, Pacific Northwest Bank and Key Bank. Westphal, a graduate of the University of Washington, currently resides in Kent.
