CARLTON PARTNERS LLP

Carlton Partners LLP, an independent private merchant banking group, appointed Adrian Kyriazi as joint managing partner.



CNM LLP

CNM LLP, an independent accounting and advisory services firm, appointed Carl Adams to head its accounting and transactions advisory service line. Adams previously worked with Biotechnology company Amgen Inc.



BARCLAYS CAPITAL

Barclays Capital, which bought Lehman's North American investment banking and capital market businesses after Lehman filed for bankruptcy in September, announced its M&A team in an internal memo.

Appointments include: Barry Boniface as head of communications M&A; James Ben as head of consumer M&A; Rich Bonaventura as co-head of financial institutions M&A; Brad Whitman as co-head of financial institutions M&A; Drew Burch as head of healthcare M&A; Scott Mohr as head of industrial M&A and Greg Dalvito as head of media M&A.

Other appointments are: Gary Posternack as head of natural resources M&A; John Lange as head of power M&A and power corporate finance; Lisa Beeson as head of real estate M&A; Ken Siegel as head of retail M&A; and Drago Rajkovic as head of technology M&A.
