TOKYO, Dec 16 (Reuters) - Japan's Aozora Bank Ltd said on Tuesday it had an estimated 12.4 billion yen ($137 million) indirect exposure to scandal-hit Madoff Securities through invested funds.
Aozora, majority owned by U.S. fund Cerberus Capital Management, said it expected only limited impact on its capital.
