
The Women Tech Council (WTC), a non-profit organization that provides leadership, support and mentorship for women in all levels of the technology industry, is pleased to announce its Industry Partners for 2009.
WTC announces its Elite Partner, Symantec, a global leader in providing security, storage and systems management solutions. Carine Clark, SVP Marketing at Symantec, said, “What Women Tech Council has been able to accomplish has caught the attention of the technology community. We are excited to be part of something so relevant and impactful.” Symantec will be title sponsoring WTC’s spring networking event.
WTC also welcomes as its Premier Partner, Grant Thornton, a national provider of high quality financial services. WTC also announces as Innovation Partners: Omniture, a leading provider in online business optimization software, Workman Nydegger, a nationally recognized intellectual property law firm, NextPage, a leading innovator in Compliance and Information Risk Solutions, Vérité, a worldwide digital communications agency, and the Governor’s Office of Economic Development for the State of Utah.

With almost 300 members, and a network of over 700, WTC has seen steady growth both locally and nationally since its inception in 2007. WTC’s LinkedIn Group hosts almost 275 women in tech fields across the nation.
