SAO PAULO, April 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CTEEP - Companhia de Transmissao de Energia Eletrica Paulista - announced that the distribution of R$ 105,890,687.86 in relation to the determined profit remaining from fiscal year 2008 was approved at an Extraordinary/Ordinary Stockholders General Meeting on April 15, 2009.
The amount to be distributed corresponds to R$ 0.709319 per ordinary and preferential share.
The shares will be traded ex-rights on April 16, 2009, and payment to stockholders will be made on April 24, 2009.
In fiscal year 2008, CTEEP distributed R$ 735.0 million in profits to stockholders.
