* Says CEO Roger Penner has resigned

* Says Neil Orr has been appointed CEO

* Says penner will continue on with DPE as a consulting geologist

* Says has negotiated a renewal of its credit facility at $3.8 million

* Says due to current natural gas prices, about 80 BOED have been temporarily

shut in to conserve reserves and control costs
