PERELLA WEINBERG PARTNERS
Perella Weinberg Partners said Michael Dickman, formerly of the Morgan Stanley Global Energy Group, will join the firm as a partner in its corporate advisory group. Dickman had more than 20 years of energy-related investment banking experience at Morgan Stanley, where he most recently served as managing director and co-head of the global energy group.
CITIGROUP INC
Citigroup's Citi Private Bank said Roger Marment will join as director and head of the Greenwich, Connecticut, office. Marment joins from JPMorgan Private Bank where he was vice president and senior private Banker. Prior to JPMorgan, Marment was a partner with Algonquin Advisors, an investment advisory firm in Greenwich.
SOCIETE GENERALE CORPORATE & INVESTMENT BANKING
The investment bank, which is one of Societe Generale's three key businesses, appointed Mario Cortesi as head of global finance for Italy. He will be based in Milan.
PIPER JAFFRAY
The Minneapolis-based middle market investment bank appointed Bob Peterson as the global head of equities. Peterson, who previously led the firm's U.S. equities business, will relocate to London.
JEFFERIES
The securities and investment banking firm appointed Chris Blackburn as the head of European event driven sales and trading within its equities group. He will be based in London.
BNP PARIBAS
The French bank appointed Giovanni Pini as the head of Asset Backed Securities (ABS). It also hired Olivier Morand-Duval as European head of ABS Trading and Perry Inglis as head of ABS Valuation and Origination.
BTIG LLC
The institutional stock broker hired Adrian Maydew, Raphael Levy, Paul Benton, Greg Levett and Alex Clegg to its London-based team as sales traders.
AMATI GLOBAL INVESTORS
The investment management firm appointed Eddie Edmonstone as a director. Edmonstone was previously the director of corporate broking at FinnCap.
MONDO VISIONE
The London-based firm, which provides information to world's exchanges and trading industry, has appointed Hamish McArthur as business development manager. McArthur will report to managing director Herbie Skeete.
