BRIEF-Sasfin says Martin Glatt to retire as chairman

JOHANNESBURG, Sept 3 (Reuters) - Sasfin Holdings Ltd:

* Says Martin Glatt, will be retiring as non-executive chairman and director of

the group

* Says will also retire from its subsidiary, Sasfin Bank Limited with effect

from 26 November 2010

* Says shareholders will be advised of the appointment of the new chairman in

due course
