
Access Sciences Corporation and the industry association AIIM are pleased to announce that in support of their long term industry collaboration, Jesse Wilkins will serve AIIM in a newly created role, Director of Systems of Engagement. At AIIM, Mr. Wilkins will define new initiatives and help organizations benefit from new social business systems.
Social technologies outside the firewall are redefining the nature of customer relationships, and the same technologies deployed within the firewall have the potential to dramatically improve operational flexibility and responsiveness. AIIM has over the last year developed a Systems of Engagement roadmap to help organizations deploy social technologies to improve customer relationships and improve operational dexterity, and Mr. Wilkins will be responsible for introducing new AIIM briefings and services to help organizations deploy social business systems.
Mr. Wilkins has more than twenty years' experience in information technologies and more than fourteen years' experience designing, implementing, and supporting information management strategies, processes and solutions. Mr. Wilkins is experienced at developing strategies and processes for managing electronic records and information including email, instant messaging, and collaborative tools. He has also designed and implemented imaging systems and processes, and he has experience in developing and delivering technical training on information management strategies, technologies, and processes. Mr. Wilkins has also published numerous articles and delivered more than two hundred presentations on information management topics. Mr. Wilkins' industry credentials include CRM, CDIA+, edp, LIT, ICP, ermm, ecmm and emmm. In recent years, Mr. Wilkins has served as an industry thought leader related to social business systems.
