MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/02/10 -- Mineral Deposits Limited "MDL" (TSX: MDM)(ASX: MDL) wishes to advise that the in specie distribution of common shares in Teranga Gold Corporation ("Teranga" - stock code TGZ) to MDL shareholders (the "Teranga In Specie Distribution") and the share consolidation of MDL's shares on a 1:10 basis (the "Share Consolidation"), as approved by shareholders at the Special and Annual General Meeting held 9 November 2010, have been completed today.
