Perella Weinberg Partners, a leading, independent financial services firm providing corporate advisory and asset management services to clients globally, today announced that it has elected six individuals to join the Firm's Partnership as of January 1, 2011.

Biographies:
Graham Davidson
Graham Davidson is a Partner of Perella Weinberg Partners. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2006, Mr. Davidson was a Vice President in Merrill Lynch's Mergers & Acquisitions Group based in London, where he advised on transactions across all industry sectors in Europe.
Mr. Davidson received a degree in law from the University of Glasgow.
Andrew Dym
Mr. Dym is a Partner of Perella Weinberg Partners. Mr. Dym has 23 years of experience in the Structured Finance industry. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2008, Mr. Dym held positions of Global Head of Structured Finance and Capital Markets at CIFG Services and Co-Head of North American Term Asset-Backed Securities, Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Conduits, and Principal Investments at J.P. Morgan Securities.
Mr. Dym received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Dym previously practiced as a Certified Public Accountant.
Mark McGreenery
Mr. McGreenery is a Partner of Perella Weinberg Partners. Mr. McGreenery has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2008, Mr. McGreenery founded Amergin Portfolio Strategies, Inc. Mr. McGreenery previously was a Managing Director at D.B. Zwirn & Co., Fleet Capital Leasing and BTM Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of new business strategies in the areas of structured finance and leasing.
Mr. McGreenery received a Masters in Business Administration from Cornell University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Joshua Scherer
Mr. Scherer is a Partner of Perella Weinberg Partners. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2007, Mr. Scherer was a Director at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, where he focused on financial restructuring as well as mergers and acquisitions. Previously in his career, Mr. Scherer was an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co. in both New York and Hong Kong.
Mr. Scherer received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, summa cum laude, from Middlebury College.
Richard J. Shinder
Mr. Shinder is a Partner of Perella Weinberg Partners. Mr. Shinder has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2009, Mr. Shinder was a Director in the Special Situations Group at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he focused on direct and secondary market investments in the capital structure of financially distressed companies. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Shinder held leading positions in distressed debt investing, restructuring and special situations with Avenue Capital Group, a multi-strategy alternative asset manager. Previous positions also include Managing Director and Group Head, Americas Special Situations, Merrill Lynch & Co.; Managing Director, Restructuring and Reorganization Advisory, The Blackstone Group; and Vice President, Leveraged Finance and Infrastructure Project Finance, Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Shinder earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Gonzaga University and Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Klaus Wülfing
Mr. Wülfing is a Partner of Perella Weinberg Partners. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2007, Mr. Wülfing was a Director in the European Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Wülfing has advised on a broad range of transactions across industry sectors on a pan-European basis, with particular focus on the German-speaking region.
Mr. Wülfing received the degree of Diplom-Kaufmann from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management after studies at WHU, London Business School and Université catholique de Louvain.
