Poland's richest man Jan Kulczyk is preparing for a legal battle with the treasury ministry if he fails to acquire listed utility Enea, Rzeczpospolita daily write quoting sources close to transaction.
Kulczyk was awarded a three day exclusivity in talks to buy the controlling stake at Poland's No. 3 utility but lost it in favour of France's EDF.

A key shareholder in Polish builder PBG has sold 3.5 percent of the company for 104 million zlotys ($36 million), the company said in a statement on Friday. Jerzy Wisniewski sold 0.5 million preference shares at 208.5 zlotys apiece to cut his holding to 26.1 percent, which gives him a 41.4 percent voting stake.
TPSA
Polish telecoms operator TPSA, a unit of France Telecom, said on Friday that its dividend plans will not be affected by the further claim made against it by Danish firm GN Store Nord's unit DPTG.
In a separate statement TPSA said its current chief financial officer Roland Dubois resigned and will be replaced by Jacques de Galzain.
