HSBC

HSBC Private Bank said it has appointed David McKenzie as managing director and head of credit advisory. Karina Challons, Head of the Tax and Financial Planning team, has also been appointed as Managing Director.



RENAISSANCE CAPITAL

The private investment bank hired Yavuz Uzay as Head of Turkish Equity Research. He joins Renaissance Capital from Goldman Sachs in London.



TRILANTIC CAPITAL PARTNERS

The merchant banking arm spun out of Lehman Brothers, appointed Michel Leonard as operating partner. He will advise the firm on investments across the food and consumer goods sectors.
