R&B Pop and Dance Artist Chrystian Signs Record Deal and Enters Studio With Midi Mafia

Finanznachrichten News

LOS ANGELES, June 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Columbus, Ohio native Chrystian has inked a deal with brand new record label, NZ Beersa and is working on his debut album with famed production duo Midi Mafia. The 19 year old R&B pop and dance artist initially met the Grammy winning duo when he won an online music competition which awarded him studio time with them in Los Angeles. During the recording process, not only was an incredible song created, but even more rewarding was the musical kinship that formed between Chrystian and Midi Mafia, who have subsequently described him as "the total package". With the attention the competition brought his way, along with the praise received from his leaked track, "Something About You" with Midi Mafia, Chrystian became noticed worldwide by fans and the music industry alike. Timing and passion for music connected Chrystian with Nesrine Marnissi, a veteran in the European music business, who was just pulling together her plans to launch a new record label in the US calledNZ Beersa. After working internationally on the promotion, production and songwriting side from Europe to her home in Tunisia, she set her sights on Chrystian and immediately made an offer for him to be the flagship artist of her new venture. With an agreement in place and a distribution deal currently being finalized for NZ Beersa, Chrystian went into work-mode on his debut album, traveling back and forth between Columbus and Los Angeles. As a preview there are four tracks available via www.chrystianmusic.com

At just 19 years old, Chrystian has accomplished more independently than most artists. At 16, he appeared on BET's 106 and Park which garnered him fans that still follow him today. He has opened for major national touring acts in his hometown along with being praised in media outlets that have already discovered him through his relentless hard work. Besides working with Midi Mafia, he has also worked with many other prominent and award-winning producers, including Oak (Mario), popular Soundclick producer Vybe Beatz and the Jackie Boyz, whose accolades include working with Jennifer Lopez, Cee-Lo and Mann, and writing the platinum-selling song "Eenie Meenie," performed by Sean Kingston and Justin Bieber.

Since he was very young, Chrystian has known music was his passion and has found inspiration in a range of artists that include: Trey Songz, Keri Hilson, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Adele, Carrie Underwood and Kanye West. His vocal range and musical talent reflects this in his own music as well as a series of inspired cover songs posted on his YouTube page: www.youtube.com/chrystianonline

A release date for Chrystian's debut will be announced soon.
