Jyske Bank takes over all customers with exposure below DKK 5m and selected customers with exposure above DKK 5m who have a natural affiliation to the island of Mors and environs. In addition, Jyske Bank takes over the property at Algade 2, Nykoebing Mors and approx. 35 employees.
Jyske Bank takes over a customer portfolio consisting of approx. 47,000 customers with total loans and advances of approx. DKK 2.7bn and total deposits of approx. DKK 3.7bn.
Through the acquisition, Jyske Bank achieves a solid market position on Mors. The acquired activities will be merged with Jyske Bank's existing branch in Nykoebing Mors, and after the merger, customers at Jyske Bank, Nykoebing Mors will be served from Algade 2.
The acquisition is subject to the approval of the Danish FSA and other relevant authorities.
