Riegel has a diverse background in both planning and engineering design related to industrial, commercial, municipal, and residential projects and is skilled in hydrology and hydraulic design, dam break and breach analysis, flood hazard delineation, FEMA floodplain related studies, master planning studies, due diligence, design of precast concrete structures, design of retaining walls, and providing opinions of cost for projects.
