Technology AG gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG mitgeteilt, dass deren Stimmrechtsanteil
an unserer Gesellschaft am 30. März 2012 die Schwelle von 3 % unterschritt und
an diesem Tag 2,96 % (dies entspricht 291.897 Stimmrechten) betrug. Diese
2,96 % (dies entspricht 291.897 Stimmrechten) werden der First Eagle Investment
Management, LLC gem. § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 6 WpHG zugerechnet.
